CARNE

Our prime 80/20 burger begins with beef oil on a 450 degree grill. Our prime beef is then molded into four ounce patties. We carefully season our burgers then top off with our signature homemade sauce, three pickles are added to a layer of melted yellow American cheese along with our caramelized Spanish onions on a toasted buttered brioche bun.

LAMB CHOPS

All natural New Zealand Lamb. Four Baby Lamb Chop lollipop 2.25 ounce chops.

CRAFT SAUCE

Gluten-Free, sugar free mayo based condiment with hints of horseradish, garlic and lemon.

FRIES

Our Russet Norkotah potatoes are hand-cleaned, cut, and soaked overnight to preserve their texture and quality. They're then deep-fried in peanut oil at 375 degrees before being tossed in fresh olive oil, house herbs, and spices. Finally, they're finished with Parmigiano cheese.

CHILI

Premium fresh ground beef , tomatoes, green peppers, and brown sugar. 

CHICAGO-STYLE HOT DOG

Our premium Vienna beef hot-dog showcases the iconic Maxwell Street Polish sausage in its natural casing, complemented by grilled onions and authentic Chicago-style toppings, all served on a steamed bun.

MAC & CHEESE

Made to order, fresh macaroni boiled to temperature, lightly salted, finished in a Gluten-free, fresh cheese sauce, made with real cream, authentic creamy and silky Wisconsin cheese, bacon and chives.
